TLC Services is a unique nonprofit organization made up of more than 20 retired volunteer mental health professionals, including social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, substance abuse counselors, and psychologists. Together, they provide support groups, educational programs, training, and one-on-one counseling for seniors who may not otherwise have access to these services.
With support from United Way of Lake & Sumter Counties, TLC offers cost-free services delivered by credentialed, insured, and background-checked professionals. We also have trained Transition Guides who provide support for individuals coping with grief or the challenges of caregiving.
TLC serves seniors in The Villages and surrounding communities in Central Florida, but is an independent organization and is not affiliated with or sponsored by The Villages.
